The new team of technology-focused senior investment bankers bring a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and capital raising for private and public technology companies.

With over 25 years of experience, Auerbach has built many relationships and is widely known as one of the most prolific investment bankers in technology, especially in software and related industries. He joins SVB Leerink from UBS where he was Global Co-Head of TMT Investment Banking and member of the Company’s Global Management Committee. Previously, Auerbach was Global Co-Head of TMT Mergers & Acquisitions at Jefferies LLC.
