Monsha’at launches annual award called Ebtker to spread culture of innovation

RIYAD – The General Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at” announced the launch of the annual award called (Ebtker) innovate under the slogan “Homeland _ Innovate”.

The award aims to spread the culture of innovation in Saudi Arabia and contribute to the growth of the national economy, discovering companies based on innovation, encouraging them to grow and develop.

This is in addition to their support and empowerment as well as facilitating their access to partners in the innovation system, while promoting them locally and globally.

Monsha’at announced through its accounts on social networks, the opening of the entry door to the prize via three tracks: innovative small, micro and medium enterprises via https://ebtker.monshaat.gov.sa/.

Monsha’at urged all innovative companies that qualify to enter the award before November 20, 2021 to compete for the title of the Kingdom’s best innovative company for 2021, stressing that the winning companies will be announced and awarded. with prices on December 13 and 14, 2021.

The General Authority for SMEs offers a set of benefits to innovative small and micro-enterprises qualified for the final stages, such as enrollment in the Innovative Growth Program.

The program aims to develop their innovations and associate them with an elite of consultants and trainers specialized in operational, technical, financial and other fields, within an intensive training camp, in addition to putting these companies in touch with investors.

The winning companies of the first three places will receive financial prizes of up to SR 300,000 and the winning mid-sized companies awarded with the title of the best innovative installation in the Kingdom will have the opportunity to join the programs of companies such as Smart Pioneers and ambitious.

This is in addition to the qualification for the Knowledge Partnership Program in Research and Development Aspect provided by King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and other benefits that enable these facilities to connect with innovation system partners and be recognized locally and globally. – SPA
